AzWebData publishes a catalogue of verified Cambodia datasets as dated snapshot files. You may browse dataset previews for free and request full downloads or custom extracts by contacting our team. The Service may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use the Service to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on azwebdata.com — including catalogue copy, graphics, logos, and site software — is the property of AzWebData or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Dataset files are licensed for your use according to the terms agreed when you request a download. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from catalogue content or dataset files without our express written permission.
5. Dataset Requests and Downloads
When you request a dataset download or custom extract, we will confirm availability, pricing (if applicable), delivery format, and permitted use before fulfilment. Snapshot dates and field definitions are described on each dataset page. You are responsible for verifying that a dataset meets your needs before relying on it.
6. Payment Terms
Where a dataset or custom extract carries a fee, payment terms are confirmed in writing before delivery. Invoices are due within the timeframe stated in that confirmation. We accept payment via bank transfer, ABA Pay, Wing, KHQR, and other methods agreed in writing. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AzWebData does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Dataset snapshots reflect the sources and collection date stated on each dataset page. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AzWebData shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
