Performance round: Cambodia Postal Code hits PageSpeed 100
Back to ChangelogIn May 2026 we ran a targeted performance audit across our two highest-traffic products.
Cambodia Postal Code had been sitting at a PageSpeed score of 74 on mobile — acceptable but not where we wanted it. After profiling the critical rendering path we identified three main issues: render-blocking third-party scripts, unoptimised image delivery, and a suboptimal font loading strategy.
We resolved these by deferring non-critical scripts, switching to next/image with priority hints on above-the-fold content, and using font-display: swap with preload links. The result was a jump from 74 to a perfect 100 on both mobile and desktop. This is verifiable via the public PageSpeed Insights share link published on the Cambodia Postal Code website.
AZ Web Tools moved from 92 to 96 in the same pass — primarily through reducing unused JavaScript in tool pages that were loading the full tool registry on every route.
All scores are maintained through ongoing monitoring. We check PageSpeed scores on a weekly basis and treat any regression below 90 as a priority fix.
